Software that respects the craft
We built Spirit Sight because distillers deserve one honest system - not a patchwork of apps that each take a cut as you grow.
Distilling is a long game. You lay down barrels today for a payoff years away, and every drop is tracked, taxed, and accounted for along the way. The software should respect that - and most of it doesn’t.
Where tradition meets technology
Spirit Sight unifies the whole operation - barrels and the rickhouse, production from grain to bottle, TTB compliance, and the financials - into a single source of truth. No distillery app bolted to a separate inventory app bolted to QuickBooks. One system, one number that ties out.
Predictable pricing, on purpose
Per-barrel and per-seat pricing punishes growth. We use predictable pricing that doesn’t balloon just because you laid down more barrels or opened another campus. You pay for the modules you use, not a meter, so your success shouldn’t be your vendor’s upsell.
Built on real distiller needs
Every feature traces back to a problem distillers actually have - manual TTB filing, barrel blindness, unpredictable angel’s share, guesswork COGS, the DTC compliance minefield, and grain-to-bottle traceability. We build the system we’d want to run a distillery on.
Built in Lexington, Kentucky
Spirit Sight is built in the heart of bourbon country, by people who are in the industry, not just selling to it. We know the rickhouses, the regulators, and the seasons because we live with them. When something needs attention in person - a floor scale, a sensor gateway, a barrel-tracking rollout - we can be on-site in an hour, not on a ticket queue an ocean away. That proximity shapes the product: software for Kentucky distilleries is built down the road from the distilleries themselves.
