Software company on the screen, general contractor in the warehouse

Most ERP vendors hand you a list of other vendors when the work turns physical. We do the physical work.

In short: Spirit Sight ships with a services capability no software vendor offers: the team behind it has years of construction and IT history inside bourbon facilities, so implementation that needs scales installed, barrels tagged, networks run through metal-sheathed rickhouses, or the rickhouse itself repaired is handled end to end by us, not referred out.

Deployment, end to end

An implementation is only as good as its weakest physical link. When yours needs floor scales that talk to the software, RFID or barcode tagging rolled out across a warehouse, or gateways and antennas placed where a metal-sheathed building will actually let a signal live, we do the installation, the wiring, and the commissioning ourselves. One team owns the outcome from the rack to the screen.

Networking hostile buildings

Rickhouses are Faraday cages with regulatory constraints inside bonded, hazardous-location premises. We have run networking and infrastructure in exactly these buildings, and we design sensor and connectivity deployments around their reality rather than discovering it during week three.

Rickhouse construction and repair

The construction side of the team builds and repairs rick houses and has spent years working in bottling plants and aging facilities across central Kentucky. Structural work, warehouse efficiency projects, and the physical side of an expansion are in scope, which is not a sentence any other distillery software company can write.

Smart warehouse retrofits

Turning an existing warehouse into an instrumented one, environmental sensors by floor, structural monitoring, a live 3D digital twin, is a retrofit project: part hardware, part construction, part software. We deliver all three parts. See the smart warehouse for what the finished result looks like.

How services are priced

The software is one flat price with everything included. Physical projects, installs, retrofits, construction, are scoped and quoted as projects, the way a contractor prices work, so you pay for outcomes delivered rather than a bundled markup.
