A phased move, not a leap

Step 1

Scope & map

We review your current data - spreadsheets or another distillery system - and map it to Spirit Sight with smart column matching.

Step 2

Import & validate

Barrels, fills, lots, and mashbills load in, with validation catching format and data issues as they go.

Step 3

Reconcile & prove

A reconciliation report recomputes barrel count, proof gallons, and bonded totals and compares them to your source. You go live on numbers you trust.

Step 4

Run in parallel

Keep your current system live and run Spirit Sight beside it, same barrels, two sets of numbers to compare, until the new system has earned your trust on your own data.

Step 5

Train & go live

Your team is trained on the modules they use, the cutover happens on your call, and support stays close through your first reporting cycle, on-site in about an hour for central Kentucky.

You do not have to move everything at once. Because the platform is modular on one data model, most distilleries start with the module that hurts most, barrels, TTB, or costing, and expand when ready.
