Lot Traceability

Lot traceability is the ability to follow a batch of spirit forward and backward across its life, from grain receipt through fermentation, barrels, and bottled lots.

Strong traceability answers questions in seconds and makes a recall manageable: you can identify every bottle that touched a given grain lot, or trace a finished lot back to its origins. It depends on linking records at every stage rather than re-keying between systems.
