TTB excise and true cost per barrel

Operational reports and the excise return are built from recorded activity with CBMA tiers applied cumulatively, and FIFO cost layers produce a defensible cost per barrel. The same events feed compliance, costing, and the general ledger, so the numbers tie out.

Spirit Sight is one flat price with unlimited barrels and campuses. Subscription tools that scale with production volume or seats can make growth more expensive over time; flat pricing keeps software cost off that curve.
