Seasonal distillation batches

Brandy distillation follows the harvest, so a season's production arrives in concentrated campaigns. Batch records for each run, with proof and volume off the still, capture the season while it happens instead of reconstructing it in the spring.

Oak aging on brandy's terms

Brandy ages in used and new oak at entry proofs that differ from whiskey practice. Per-barrel records for entry proof, cask type, and regauges build the measured maturation history that valuation and blending decisions rest on.

Brandy labeling turns on age and class designations, and the youngest spirit governs any age claim. Fill dates and batch composition records make every label statement provable.

Cost per batch and per barrel

Wine is an expensive input, so knowing the fully loaded cost of each batch and cask matters. Costing follows the spirit from input through aging, with evaporative loss measured rather than assumed.

TTB compliance

The production, storage, and processing reports and the excise return are assembled from recorded activity under your DSP permit, reconciled to physical inventory.
