Incidents, near-misses, and the OSHA log

Log an incident or a near-miss with one form, mark whether it is recordable and whether it is reportable, and the OSHA 300 Log, 301 Incident Report, and 300A Annual Summary build themselves. Recordable and reportable are kept as two distinct flags, as OSHA requires, with the 8-hour fatality and 24-hour hospitalization, amputation, or eye-loss reporting windows surfaced so nothing slips past a deadline.

Training and certification that never lapses quietly

Forklift and powered-industrial-truck certification, fall-protection training, and other required qualifications are tracked per worker with current, expiring, and expired states. The three-year forklift re-evaluation interval under OSHA 1910.178 is built in, so an expiring certification shows up before it becomes a violation rather than after.

Warehouse-safety scorecard and corrective work

Each rickhouse gets a safety scorecard that pulls together structural lean, inspection condition, fire and Chapter 40 status, incidents, vapor alerts, and forklift and fall-protection training into one read. Findings open corrective work orders so an issue is assigned and closed, not just noted, and the loop from observation to resolution is on the record.
