For duty-suspended movements under EMCS, Spirit Sight tracks duty points, generates the movement records, and carries valid ARCs, so spirit moving between excise warehouses or across borders stays under proper duty suspension with the paperwork to prove it. LPA quantities and duty jurisdiction are modeled as first-class concepts, separate from and alongside US proof gallons.
